Her educational pursuits continued with post-graduate diplomas in Analytical & Industrial Chemistry, Clinical Data Management, and Regulatory Affairs from esteemed institutions in Mumbai. Her academic journey culminated in an M.Sc. in Chemistry in 2015, showcasing her dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

With over 20 years of cross-functional experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC), Pavana has made significant contributions to the pharmaceutical industry. Her expertise lies in the preparation and review of Quality Manuals, Site Master Files, and Master Validation Plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for markets worldwide.

Pavana's attention to detail and meticulous approach extend to the review of protocols and reports related to method validation, technology transfer, process validation, and product development. Her work has spanned various markets, including the US, EU, ANVISA, TGA, and RoW, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability in navigating global regulatory landscapes.

Prior to her current role, Pavana has lent her expertise to renowned organizations such as Zaveri Pharmakem, HiMedia, Intox, and Rubicon. Her contributions to these companies have been invaluable, driving quality initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence.
